Default after all mods done then tuning

I,m planning on peice meal (not all at the same time)1. headers 2.LS6 manifold 3.918 valve springs/TR224 cam 4. ported TB. the end for motor.

5. torque converter can it remain stock with this set up?

If I must have a TC is that also (the trans) tuned using LS1 edit

It depends what shop you go to, or how you plan on getting the tuning done. If you are allowed free updates then it doesn't matter. Mod and tune how the parts come in.

If you have to pay everytime you tune though, then I would suggest putting the cam and the converter in last. Everything else can go in without significantly effecting the running of the car without a tune.

Why the converter last? I'd do that first!

You can put the converter in first if the T/C lockup doesn't bother you.

Some people don't even mind driving around on the stock tune with a cam. Just a matter of preference I suppose.

If he just want to spend on tuning once, then I would wait until those items are in the car before spending the money on a tune.
