Is he still open for business? I have sent him a few emails and haven't got a reply back. If not is there any good tuners within a 3hr drive of north central wv?

I check it out and as far as I know he is just tuning in house for bolt on's there are working on, I got James Short to tune mine (Shortuning)he is a good guy will treat you right .He has a good repetition and is well trusted. He has a web site, text is the best way to contact him.
