If the MAF has 5 pins it's built in. I would check the MAF first.

You need to turn off P0101, P0102 and P0103 by unchecking it and setting it to 3.
Why is P0106 unchecked?
MAF and IAT were separate. log showed IAT at 151-153 while cranking. seems rather high, but still got a reading

good catch on P0106. not sure there but I will change it

separate plugs. 2 pin plug for IAT and 3 pin plug for MAF

nothing yet. I just loaded my newest tune (2 bar OS) and still nothing. however, i have noticed that i'm no longer getting an RPM signal when cranking, like i was before. I've replaced the crank sensor with no change.

in my initial trouble shooting, i checked all 3 power pins to the PCM (1 constant and 2 switched ignition) and all were good. I also checked all 8 PCM grounds and each were getting .8 ohms at the PCM pins.

I did notice that in switching PCMs and checking pins that i managed to pinch the low reference ignition coil bank 1 (pin G60) when tightening the harness connector bolt to the pcm. i'm going to check this out more and fix if needed.

while i'm at it, i'm going to go ahead and pull the entire harness back out and check everything out again.
