Default which HP Tuners to get?? Standard vs Pro

I am thinking about getting HP Tuners for my cars, 2001 WS6 and a 2009 G8 GT and want to know which version would be best for me. My WS6 is tuned already but I would like to be able to load my own NOS tunes and switch back and forth from NA to NOS tunes and make other small tweaks...and my G8 is stock and will be addling Roto Fab CAI next week.

what is the real difference between the 2 versions and do I really need the pro version??? or will the standard version be fine for me??

please share your experiences

also how many credits do I need to tune my cars, it comes with 8 credits, will that tune 1 car or more, its confusing to me reading that chart

thanks

2 credits per car. If you need more it's $50 per credit.

Pro is a no brainer as it's easier to log if you have a wideband, fuel pressure, boost, yada yada.

Far warning, tuning yourself will consume your life.

get the pro, i have an old hptuners box that i got cheap in the forums and the fact that i cant log a wideband sucks... that ability really helps with the tuning process.

you can hook up a signal to your EGR for logging if you don't get the pro. if you can get the pro you should go ahead and get it.

I have my wideband logged through my EGR too, but if I had it to do again, I'd go pro. Stand alone logging.
