Another p0507 code
Another p0507 code My car has thrown a p0507 code. High idle. When i start my car it idles fine but when you tap the gas the rpm's stay up and then come down. I changed all gaskets and hoses. I put another iac valve in and the idle wouldn't stay up as long. But when I removed the tps sensor plug the rpm's come up when you hit the gas but come down right away to where they are suppose to be. Could the tps sensor be the cause for the code? Please let me know.
Thanks to straightline performance for the help, my computer was saying my throttle body was at 2.4% open when the throttle body was really closed. So the computer had to be retuned so that the throttle body is at 0. I don't really know how to explain it but that is what was done.
