Codes P1416 with P430 My 00 Z28 threw both code P1416 & P430 (2x) and I'm not sure where to start. I know that P430 is low catalyst efficiency RH and P1416 is air pump RH, which are both detected by checking with the RH O2's. I have had the P430 code come and go several times by itself in the 9 months I've had the car, but of course now I need to get it through emissions testing before I can put it away for winter.
How should I go diagnose and solve this? Would changing out the RH rear O2 be a good idea? What about air pump one way valve on the RH bank? Any other suggestions?
