Downshift tuning

Downshift tuning I'm sending my pcm to frost for tuning this winter. What I want to know is my car won't downshift to first gear unless I'm below 29 mph. Will the tune fix this or do I need to ask for a special request? I guess what I'm saying is I want it to downshift at higher speeds instead of being out of the power band when I stand on it at 35 mph and it only goes into second.

I don't make alot of power. And the power band of my stock cam comes on around 40 miles per hour in second. So when i floor it at 35 it feels slow and sluggish.
