Flashing a PCM

I've got a PCM from an auto.
Can it be flashed to make it an M6?
Is the dealer the only one that can do it?
I want to flash it back to stock for a 99 T/A, then start programming fresh with HPTuners; I suspect my current PCM is a little fried.

a dealer or anyone (such as yourself) with a stock M6 calibration for your year/model could do it. Obtaining a stock M6 calibration shouldn't be too hard.
