Standalone harness

So I have a 99 z28. I am planning on using the psi harness to go standalone. I was wondering if this will allow me to remove the fuse boxes and the harness in the engine bay. Would all I need to do is make my own relays for the horn and headlights? I already don't have abs and I'm working on ripping out the tcs. Also not sure if any of the airbag harness ties into it.

If you are reffering to a stand alone fuel / timing management system you should be able to leave the cars harness in tact. Is there a reason for going stand alone?

I'm wanting to go standalone because I want to move the pcm inside the car. I know I could just extend the harness but I can't afford to down the car that long and I'd prefer to work with a new harness.
