Default Idle surge at startup

Car is 06 vette, ECS blower kit, 2 bar map and recently changed over to SD tune. I am in the infant stage of understanding tuning and the electronic aspect of the car. On start up, no matter cold or hot, the car starts but the idle surges.I don't the rpm as the gauges sweep at start up but if I had to guess around 3K rpm then settles to 900 rpm. Prior to getting the SD tune, car started without the surge. I have searched here and several other places but have not found anything that points me in a direction. I don't have a data logger yet an wanted some possible causes. Any feedback is much appreciated.

If you find that the air flow tables are not quite doing it for you, have the wideband hooked up and see that you are getting .8 lambda at start. Running an SD tune you can zero out all the fuel adders other than the IVT gains. I used the IVT gains table last week to settle a boosted LS2 and worked like a charm. You may be starting lean like I found in that one. Will hunt like nobody's business if you are. The IVT Gain you may need to play with a bit, but it is the one to use to fight a lean start for sure. Again, worked great for me
