Default possible BCM PCM problem

hi all, new to this forum, Im and old user of thirdgen.

Its a truck ( I know)
lq4 sts turbo system. ran fine for long time. had random stalling. barely made it home with terrible running condition.

buddy brought over a gm scanner. said it was in drive, but it still cranks!

Then no start next day. I got spark, no injector pulse. tested at ignition, power on all wires.
dash is not working at all, gear led, gauges etc.
Pulled bcm out, has some corrosion on pins, looked at entire circuit board, cant see any obvious problems.
also has a viper alarm installed, I don't use it, because key fob screen broke ( no replacement around) but it doesn't seem to be commanding.

I'm thinking I'm gonna rip that whole alarm system out, looks like a pain in the ***, Im no guru electrically, but this is driving me insane, im 5 months deep now, have limited/no time to work on it, wouldn't dare take to a mechanic and have them replace everything.

almost looking at parting it out, or complete standalone. and its a mint 15K truck running

any advice?
