Default Dyno Tuning help

Taking my car up to Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh NC this week for a full dyno tune. I know the car needs it badely but im wondering exactly what it is their gonna be tuning. Obviously i know their gonna tune the car up to run better but will i be able to notice any gains? Will I be able to feel that its tuned up? Will they dial in shift points, idle, etc. Never had the car tuned before so im a newbie on dynos and tunes. Have no clue what im going into. So im asking you more experienced guys!

Thanks guys!

It would be best to ask them. Every shop or tuner is different so me posting what I would do doesn't mean they would do that. I'm sure they would go over with you what they do or don't do when doing a Dyno tune.
