Default Doing 98 harness conversion, why no guides on removing evap, egr....?

I'm fitting a 98 5.7 LS1 and harness into a 68 Camaro. I finally received my 12200411 99-02 PCM and am trying to repin everything, but nobody has a guide on what to remove if you don't need the emissions crap.

Here in Utah we can register vehicles 30+ years as vintage and they no longer need inspections or emissions.

I am following the "MRK Motorsports 98 conversion" guide:

http://www.mrk-motorsports.com/pdf/1...1999%20PCM.pdf

and it's having me swap over some evap stuff, but not others. It looks a lot like the "chips by al" guide, which clearly states at the top that the guide is meant for non emissions vehicles.

Is there a guide I'm missing for swapping this into an older car (68 Camaro) that shows all the wires and connectors that can be removed from the harness?

Looks like I need to follow this guide:

But what about wiring a 4L80E trans into the mix?
