whats up with EFIsource.com???

whats up with EFIsource.com??? I've tried contacting them through email four times now, have left a message and still nothing. Are they out of the country or anything? I have some questions for them but just cannot get in touch with them to save my life. DIYautotune returns your emails really quick FWIW.

Yeah I tried calling, no luck. Never got an error message interesting.
I talked with DIYautotune about MS3pro... it's a little more than I need but it is not to much more than the Gold LSX MS3 I would just have to work the harness (which is no biggy).
My biggest thing steering me towards the Pro and not the GOLD is if it is just the base MS3, not the MS3 3.57 expansion.
MSextra forum has alot of guys using the MS3 and MS3pro, but I can't really find anyone running the Gold plug and play one from EFI.
I've got all the info I need on the MS3pro, just need this last little bit of info to help me decide.

Yep just got off the phone with them, the Gold actually is new board that they did which uses a signal pick up similar to the Microsquirt. They don't have the automatic control out yet, but they are getting close. However there is a slot for you to plug in the MSshift if you need electronic transmission control. It still has indivual cylinder control (phasing, fuel, ect) and all that good stuff (boost control). You will need an external MAP sensor which they sell on their site.
