Default No Fuel or Fire

I pulled the motor about 8 months ago and the car has been sitting. I installed another motor/trans in and the car does not have any fuel of fire. I can bypass the relay and get fuel so I know the fuel pump is good. The car does have a different wiring harness and computer. I tried another computer that's in a running and driving car and still nothing

Motor turns over, just will not start

Some more info as to what harness came out and what went in, what the computer serv numbers are, what the operating systems are, would help......
Any codes set?
A scan of the sensor inputs could provide clues.

The car was being parted out about a year ago so motor trans and harness was sold. Another stock harness was bought and put back in, both were factory harnesses... I will have to look at the computer numbers but I do not think its a 0411

No codes, i'm going to get a friend to comeover with HP tuners and delete vats and check a few things to try and find out whats going on.

I've done several motor swaps and never had an issue like this.
