Default Wideband troubleshooting help

I have an Aeroforce Wideband with the Bosch 4.9 sensor, it was working fine last year but now it's reading .87 Lambda. Doesn't matter if the car is running and warmed up or key on engine off, it stays at .87. So now I'm trying to figure out if it's the sensor or controller.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the signal from the sensor feed 5V until it reaches operational temperature? I'm assuming Vs is the signal wire, which I'm seeing 2.85V KOEO.

No, I doubt the sensor will output 5v, that would be the analog output from the electronics.

Does the sensor output change when engine is running? If not, the sensor is kaput. Not uncommon if it got wet from condensate. They should be mounted above the 9 to 3'oclock in the pipe so condensate won't kill them.

That video is for a narrowband O2. They switch from 0-1 v.

I did find which wire I need to check, only showing .02V cold engine (free air) KOEO, should be close to 5V I was told by Aeroforce. Doesn't change when engine is started and warmed up. So yeah, I'm thinking that sensor only lasted one year. Going to pull it and take a look.

Never could find anything wrong, so I bought a new sensor. Still the same issue, controller must to be the problem.
