When I take the key out of the ignition, the dash lights (all of them) come on. It is killing my battery. When I hook up the jumper cables to another car it recharges the battery with enough amps to start the car. However, when I turn the ignition to start my car...I just hear a click and everything goes dead.

Is this an ignition switch problem, or something else?
