A 411 PCM is perfect for you, but any 99-02 V8 PCM will work good including truck PCMs.
The easiest and cheapest way is to buy a PCM from the same vehicle type your engine came from. This way you won't need big wiring or programming changes.
If the engine has electronic throttle it came from a Vette, if it's cable then it's from a Fbody

I know it came from a F body because of the Vin or number on the block whatever the **** that is. So since we know it cam from a f body what is the part number or correct pcm for f body's. I don't wanna do any wire changes so I would rather just get the correct pcm

The correct PCM for 99-00 would be a 09354896. The correct PCM for a 01-02 would be a 12200411. They are both what are called red/blue connector PCMs. You can flash any 99-02 operating system and calibration in either PCM as long as you write the entire OS. Cost of licensing can be an issue if you are going to flash it yourself depending on what tuning suite you are using. As a tuner with full model year licenses on almost everything and multiple tuning suites, it wouldn't matter to me what vehicle the PCM came out of. As a self tuner it may.
