Don't drive this car until tuned. You are massively flooding cylinders and going to do major damage to your ride. Those 36lb injectors are actually 42lb injectors at 4 bar, your getting almost double the fuel the computer thinks its delivering. Once at a tuning shop, have the oil changed immediately before you even begin the tuning process

... if so that is a solid 25% increase in fuel delivery, and that is saying the PCM had 28lb injectors stock. If it's an older LS1 it will be an even greater increase. Still enough that is going to do damage if not corrected in short order.
