This FAQ/sticky is being created to aggregate all the "tribal knowledge" around MAF tuning. Use this for posting in links to existing threads and for posting specific information directly to this thread. This thread is NOT to ask questions in. Questions looking for tuning help in this thread will be deleted. Post any tuning help questions in the forum.

Default L31 has a hot cam

I need help on tuning my engine I have a 96 block 98 heads I upgraded the intake to mpfi injectors. Hot cam kit with beehive springs 1.6 roller rockers and new sensors and distributor with oem. I have new Huntsman headers and a 255 Whirlwind fuel pump I have a DST tuner on my laptop and a aem air/fuel Gage but this is my first engine I have to tune Iam not sure what VE tables I need to change if someone can point me in the right direction like a books or someone that I can talk to ps. I have been working on this engine for 3 1/2 years

You might look for a Gen I forum, then use the correct section.
This is an LS engine forum, and in a section pertaining to MAF sensors in particular.
Your post is about none of these things.
