Are the 98 cam sensor and the 99 cam sensor the same? They have different part numbers dealer says 98 is specific for 98. What are the differences? They parts store that sold me the cam sensor sold me a 99 sensor when i asked for a 98. Is this why i am throwing p0343 code and car runs like crap.
