Should I buy this one? I want a gauge and i want to use this to tune my car.

I use the 0-4v analog output from an Autometer brand Cobalt gauge to tune mine. Never been a big Innovate fan. I think both use Bosch sensors though. NGK are supposed to be more reliable but I never had a failure with a Bosch. I use HP Tuners though, you might want the Innovate Logworks for monitoring, but you can't tune with it.

Yes, that will work, one of its analog outputs will feed your HPT Pro.
