No TPS Voltage?

No TPS Voltage? What's going on guys, I recently just got done installing my ls3 into my mustang and I can't get any TPS Voltage. I'm running a Psi Conversion Harness and actually got the motor to crank up. Here's my setup:
-ls3 with victor jr with wilson 4150 throttle body
-Ford tps
The wires coming from the pcm are black, gray and yellow and my ford tps wires are orange, green, and black. I put my volt meter on the yellow and grey wire and no voltage at all? Now what I don't have plug in is, the iat, maf, left and right o2's, and iac motor
