Default Possible Tuning

First real post on the forums here since buying my 2002 Trans am and this being my first LS1 motor I'm still learning all my other birds are LT1's. Day one buying my car the dealership I got it from I made them put new a whole new exhaust on from the block back, Hooker headers, high flow cats all new o2 sensors, SLP loudmouth 2. Now the car also has a SLP lid with a SLP MAF on it. As well their are a few other bolt on's that I did myself right out of the doors, mainly the UMI suspension front to the rear of the car. Now I keep getting the SES light periodically which when scanned seems to be o2 sensors and bank codes. It'll come on and go off. Also the A/C is not hooked up right now. The previous owner cut the A/C belt which I have yet to hook back up yet (still not speedo weather in ohio yet) lol. But would a Tune fix a lot of these SES issues ? Also I will be replacing the plugs and wires next week. Already purchased from summit NGK plugs and Taylor wires. Any advice would be great while I'm learning this car still.

Hooker Long tubes. I should have snapped a picture of everything I had it up in the air yesterday. Was greasing and putting in the skip shift eliminator.

P0302 was one that it was throwing which i believe I fixed the injector wire broke off. How ? I have no clue. It was showing a misfire on 2 and that's the injector that the wire was snipped. So I went to O'Reily's and get a new connector 5 minute fix. Other code was a P1133
