Default Did I fry my pcm?

Jumped my car yesterday and reversed the cables for about 3 seconds. Now my son really knows red to red black to black. After this screw up the car runs fine, but the ABS INOP and Brake lights are on and the traction control doesn't work. All abs fuses are good. Went to O'reilly's and they can't find a code. The guy swears his scanner pulls all codes.

I believe those codes are in the bcm not the pcm.

Those codes are in a part of the ECM that is not accessible by normal scanners. You need to go to a repair shop that has a Tech 2 or a GM dealer. Have you checked all the fuses in the box under the hood on the drivers side?

I checked all of the abs fuses. I will try another scanner.

If you haven't already, I would unhook my battery for a while and plug it back in. It is possible your BCM/ECM/etc lost communication and by pulling the battery for a bit you will force it to try to establish the connection again.

Long shot but worth a try. Try the easiest fix first.

There are also "jumpers" you can pull and put back in to reset the communication under the passenger floorboard.

Tried that too. I need to find a scanner that can read the codes.

Those codes will be from the BCM. The readers at the parts store wont pull those codes.
