pcm service number without label

pcm service number without label first off if this is not the right place for this question please let me know. here is my problem. i bought an engine with harness and pcm. in the middle of reworking my harness i had to move. during the move a lot of the labels on the wires came off. now i need to know what pcm i have to figure out where everything goes but the label that has the service number is gone off of the pcm. is there anyway to figure this out without HPtuners?
that's weird. well if it were my stuff i'd pin the harness as per the lt1swap.com red/blue pin outs.
you could also check the PCM part # and vin # with HPtuners, but you'd need a bench harness to hook it up.
