Default newb tuning question

Hello everyone, this is my first auto trans. My back is shot. I was trying to get a hold of someone at "tunes by frost" to tune my pcm but I cant seem to get a hold of anyone its been over a month.

So my question; is it possible to program the transmission to upshift at 3k rpm and decel to 2k rpm before downshifting feathering the the throttle around town? It seems to want to upshift at 2k or so. I have to put the pedal half way to the ground to get the response I want. I guess i'm just used to having control over shifting. My main concern is being in the right power band so I can give it a good pull now and then... is this possible?

Yes it is possible. It can be programmed to shift, just about however you want it.

Part throttle up shifting and down shifting is controlled by throttle position and mph, not rpm. You could play with the mph settings and get it to do what you want, but not strictly by rpm.
