I have finally Winflash installed and detecting interface.
I've lost the paperwork and don't remember cable description as it's been a while since I used this one on my first LT1 swap years ago.

Anyone willing to help with cable description?

I have LT1 94.

That looks like some home made interface without standard GM color coded wires. You can waste time tryng to figure out which wire is the data wire and ground or just spend $10 and build one of these.
