Default CA Smog issue with custom tune

I currently am having trouble passing smog with an 05 CTS-V mp122 with custom tune. all tailpipe tests (low and high speed) pass but the diagnostic test does not. i checked this morning and 6 of 7 readiness tests were completed, the smog tech verified this at the shop. when he went to run the diagnostics test he said it wouldn't read and glitched his computer. i do have a P0455 evap code shut off. Is there anything in my tune that could be the culprit?

Sounds like something wrong with the smog tech's computer.

Happened two separate times. I've read that if the DTC is fully shutoff and not not set to "enabled, do not report" that it can be problematic.

His computer should still be able to read the OBD-II data from your PCM.

Also, with your year model, you are allowed one readiness test to be not-ready.

When a DTC is set to other than "MIL enabled, DTC not reported", that DTC simply prevents the readiness test that owns it from coming ready... it won't cause his computer to glitch.
