Need advice: electronic management system

Need advice: electronic management system In the middle of a fresh build. (LS2, Procharger )
At the last minute we decided to get rid of the LS1 system and go with a 58x reluctor in an effort to have more options & accurate tuning. Holly dominator possibly. well I didn't look before I leaped. I'm trying yo keep my dash & gauges and understand that will not be possible.
What options are out there for a street driven vehicle. I don't want it to look like a Frankenstein. Are there full clusters available for our Fbodies. Something that resembles stock fuel, tach, speedo etc.
any options & ideas are appreciated.
