No crank and no OBD data
No crank and no OBD data Alright guys so, i tried starting my car the other night and im having a tough time with it. Its a 98 car with all 99+ wiring except for the fuel pump wiring and the bcm. My steering column is out of a 99+ so im not sure if the 99+ is having troubles with the 98 bcm, but the pin outs look about right for them both to connect correctly. So when i plug in my hptuners cable, the green light comes on, so i know it has power. I can also read and flash on my benchtop harness. So its not the pcm. I then go and try to connect and nothing... says its unable to connect to vcm. Ive re installed the drivers and hptuners its self. Nothing... im at a loss here and don't know whats going on... Ive also got 12v everywhere that 12v needs to be, including the obd port and the pcm. Ive checked every fuse and have come up with nothing yet. Any help would be appreciated.
