Can this be done? My friend and i are trying to add a 3 bar map with hp tuners. The pcm is a 2001 0411 pcm out of a Sierra.
We are trying to add it but the option isnt highlighted so now we're wondering if its not an option for an 0411 pcm. Can someone clarify?

IF its not possible and i can only do 2 bar, is there a way to still use the 3 bar map sensor itself?

 

With the newest 2.24 builds of HPTuners, you can use any MAP sensor you want...just update the software (download it again from their website).

What OS is in your PCM? Some 0411 PCM's have flex fuel and don't have as many OS enhancement options.

 

Mike, i am using 2.24 version. Just downloaded it today. Its still not showing to purchase the 3 bar option in the OS.

 

The version has nothing to do with the availability to convert to 3 Bar. If the enhancement is not listed then it is not available to your OS. You need to download a stock tune from the repository, when you find a compatible one with 3 Bar support, copy all parameters from your tune to it, apply the 3 bar enhancement and flash it to your car
