Default No power to cluster and no start??

Out of nowhere, I have no power to cluster and engine won't start. All fuses are good and have power(checked with test light). Have power to horn, blinkers, radio, a/c fan, windows, locks etc (all work).
When turn key on I get no idiot lights or gauge sweep. I've checked all I know. ANY IDEAS??
Car in sig.

Figured it out with the help of pewter'Z. He came all the way to my shop and ran through all circuits again (the ones I checked 3 times last night) ...turned out that a fuse I used to temporarily replaced (wrong size) in the cut out switch back fed into the fuse panel where 12v for switch was drawn and blew the "gauges" fuse .
Talk about a good security devise. When you leave your car pull the "gauge" fuse in the panel (drivers side dash). Entire cluster dead and engine won't even bump!!!
Thanks again PZ

No biggie Tyler, anytime I can help I'll be there. I was just happy to get that beautiful car of yours started.
