Security light keeps comming on

Need help, I have a 1999 Trans am and my security light keep coming on, when it does the car will not start, it also will turn and off when I'm driving. what do I need to do to fix this problem. The ignition cylinder has been replace and it has a normal key with out the OHM chip. PLEASE HELP

That will fix the no start issue, but the security light will keep coming. If the cylinder and key were already replaced, you need a new anti theft module (bcm)
