Idle ariflow PIDs not working

So I installed my cam/heads and have been tuning since then and have gotten my idle stable and my VE table pretty dialed in below 3k RPM, but I'm getting a hanging idle and a slight amount of stumble when Idling in gear. My REAL problem is I can not get any of them Idle PIDs to populate in the HPT scanner. EVERY time I pull up any idle PID the engine shuts off. I don't have any CELs besides my SD ones. Why wouldn't I be able to populate those idle PIDs without the engine shutting off? What sensor is taking those readings? I know I can't get my in gear idle correctly dialed in without being able to adjust those idle airflow tables. For now, I am slowly, blindly adjusting them across the board, which I know isn't correct but it's helped me so far. I can idle the GTO in gear, but after 10secs or so I might get a stumble and acceleration from in gear idle is not smooth as the idle airflow numbers are all the same across the board. I attached my most recent tune and log.
