Microsquirt 24x "modified" v3 or ms3 pro

Microsquirt 24x "modified" v3 or ms3 pro should i just get the microsquirt 24x modified or is it worth it to save my nickels and dimes to get the ms3 pro? and if anyone has the microsquirt 24x how is it in your opinion? also this is on my ls1 swapped tahoe which i daily and plan to keep around 400-500hp so i wonder what the best option for me would be.
what transmission will you be running?
