Replace 02 sensor wire from the 02 sensor back to the PCM.........
How hard is it to completely replace just the passengers side 02 sensor wire.....the entire wire from sensor to PCM.....?
If I put brand new 02 sensors in the passengers side...it does nothing....so the wire must be the problem.....right..? I removed both sensors today, passengers side sensor was BLACK, the drivers side is clean like new. I put two new sensors in and after maybe 15-20 minutes of driving the SES light comes back on and tells me slow-response and circuit issues on the passengers side. Its the 3rd brand new sensor in 6 months....so Im thinking wire problem.
I had my new engine installed last year and that's when it started.....so I think maybe they let the 02 sensor wire somewhere along the way touch something hot or its pinched....
So....how hard is it to just run a complete new wire for that side.....?
Thanks....

Unraveling the loom can be tedious (need a seam ripper to cut the tape inside the loom)...
you can temporarily run a wire outside the loom.
You will need some PCM connector terminal pins and possibly some NBO2 connector terminal pins (you will need a pick to remove pins from the NBO2 Metri-Pak connector).

It turned out to be 3 cracked spark plug wires on the passengers side. Changed them out and its back to normal........
