O2 extension harness

O2 extension harness
I recently installed the Kooks headers and dual exhaust on my 00 Z28 among other parts. When I took the car to a tuner he showed me how the passenger side afr is not running in sync with the driver side. It was really weird. It did this at idle and through 3 dyno pulls. I made sure my header bolts were tight.
Could this be a problem with the extension harness?
Also, looking at the o2 now it seems I went a little happy with the anti seize so I wonder if I screwed up the sensor.

Did the tuner kill the diagnostics for the o2's? A bad o2 will do it. I had a weird issue once, because of how the oem wired the o2 in the harness.....Its 5v reference on the drivers side I think runs from the tb...tps, or iac...I cant remeber. ( I be totally wrong here and just be thinking of a different car too) Something to search though.
Could be the extension....easy to ohm check, but its probably not.
