need help!!!! HP tuners on windows 8.1,

I got hptuners 2.23 this morning and well I'm having trouble getting started. I can't get the editor to pull up or anything.. I can't find the "driver software" for the MPVI. Someone please walk me through getting started.. In on windows 8.1

You need to install the drivers... plug the interface in and look for it in
device manager should be two of them in there. Right click on each one
at a time select update driver and have it browse your cd drive with the
HP tuners disc in it.
