Random Misfire on LS3

Random Misfire on LS3 I am having an issue with my car and hope that the collective knowledge on this site can provide some insight.
Getting a Random Misfire Code P0300 from scanner at Autozone
Blinking CEL
Took car to local garage and had it put on their scan tool - Misfire on Cyl 1
Pulled plugs to inspect - fair amount of gas on Plug # 1
Swapped plug, wire and coil to next cylinder - no effect
Parts Replaced so far
All Plugs
All Plug Wires
All coils
Fuel Injector on #1
Oxygen Sensor on Left bank before Cat
Battery
Compression Test on Cylinder 1 and cylinder next to it showed 141 psi and 140 psi with no leakdown
Ran Fuel Injector cleaner through fuel rail to all injectors
Drained Fuel and replaced with fresh and added Seafoam
Cleaned MAF Sensor
Still have MAP sensor to replace and will do that when weather clears
Have not checked back pressure on Catalytic converter - Garage did not do it and I don't know how.
