Default PCM problem with 5.3 swap

Ok well I just swapped a 5.3 into my old k5 blazer and the engine ran great with an aftermarket ECM setup. I reworked the harness and the pcm was supposedly programmed by tunedbyfrost to remove all the emissions, vats, and rear o2s. Well it fires up great and runs good for about 30 seconds then it runs like crap. I can hear it backfiring though the intake, sluggish, and will stall out. I can connect to the pcm with my matco scanner and read data. It will not connect when it is running though. This is a red and blue connector pcm. I don't have any codes either. Am I missing something?

I got it figured out. Turned out to be a couple issues. It turned out someone else flashed the pcm and missed some things. Frost was very helpful though even though he never touched the pcm. Stand up guy to deal with.
