which standalone on boosted LS

which standalone on boosted LS thus far i have always been a mega squirt fan on all my builds. i am new to the world of LS motors and am looking for some opinions on which stand alone is preferred and why? the stand alone will be going on a 66 chevy II with a well built Lq9 based motor and a F1 series procharger. this car is going to be about 90% street driven

Both of those have the new design VR input, that allows the LSx engine to be easily setup on a Megasquirt EFI. No more adjustment of the VR pots.
If you like Megasquirt tech and are comfortable with it, that is the way to go.
Next setup to look at, would be the Holley, HP or Dominator, setups.
Make sure you are clear on all the Harnesses required to use each Holley system. They are generally bought seperately, and add up quickly.
I heard that the pricing of Holley products are going up next year, so keep that in mind also.

EFIsource is currently who i use for all my orders mike is awesome over there! and i was leaning towards the MS3 gold LSX but didn't know if anyone had any bad experience with them. i have not used a mega squirt 3 yet. i have use the original and also EMs-pro which is basicly the same layout. the only other option i may consider is the new FT500 but because its the cool thing to do
if you gotta chose a stand alone for a boosted LS Motor, the Holley system is the way to go
