14 CTS error code question

14 CTS error code question Hey guys,
Just trying to see if anyone might know whats going on here. I have a 14 CTS modded with a mild cam setup. Well, we tune it 6 months ago and car ran awesome. Like a bat out of hell........then all of sudden we get a reduced engine power mode out of the blue 6 months later (error code Po641 Sensor reference voltage A low voltage) and of course the car runs like crap. At first I thought it was a timing and fueling issue. I have tuned a few cars in the past, late model camaros specifically, that if too much timing or not enough fuel is in then the car will go into reduced engine power mode to protect itself from potential damage. Well that obviously wont work here so I'm looking to see if anyone has a similar problem or knows of hat we should do here.
