Default cold start issues and possible vacuum leak.

So I need your guys help I have the ftp 104mm lid and 102mm throttle body, 96mm intake, sd tune. When I start up it idles to 2k for 10 seconds and then comes to around 800-900 rpm is that normal? Also when I go after starting my car I can push the gas and the car will not move, it will just hesitate and then like 5-10 seconds later it will act normal and go. After the cold start when driving to work I can floor it and it will have a hesitation and then will actually go to open throttle a few seconds later. what could be my problem? if you need more info on the car just ask.

Update now I started it to go to lunch and it it idled around 600-700 rpm and every time I pushed the gas it would die. Also I let it sit for couple minutes then it when to 800 rpm. Then it acted fine when I pushed the gas. So I drove it then I tried flooring it and it would hesitate and actually never go wot. What could be wrong?

You need to tell us what car you have, what motor, trans, Cable or wire throttle body and if you have any engine codes.

but I figured out the problem, my line on the fuel pump fell off in the tank some how and the filters on the bucket and pump were dirty
