Default wideband questions?

Since ngk afx is no longer I saw that Ballenger motorsports offers one that is produced by ecm (same as ngk version). I also have heard good things about the Dynocom afm, does anyone know of ecm makes this unit? Any experience with which of the two would be best? It appears the harness is built by the companies selling dynocom harness is longer and has a cigarette lighter adapter, Ballenger does not mention coming with this, but maybe it is just not listed in descriptor

Ballenger offers 3 harness lengths, 7ft, 13ft, 24ft. They offer the Bosch LSU sensor or 3 variations of the NTK sensor. The Ballenger AFR500 has a cigarette lighter plug option. They also have the Powerdex AFX parts still available.

Do you guys know if there is a standard size round gauge that can be used with this? Even something to run the 0-5volt analog output to? Would love this but need a round gauge for mounting purposes.
