408 102mm surging idle working on my sons 2000 camaro, new 408, ported L92 GMPP heads, BT cam, fast 102 intake, 102 TB, surges at idle, shows 11.50-12.25 AFR on wideband, new 02's, map, changed to speed density, spend $$$$$$ with a well known tuner in my area for a Dyno tune and got crap, also 60LB injectors from fuel injection connection, any help appreciated...Rob

he could not get the pass 02 to read, worked on it for 3 days, also concerned about MAP being incorrect(came of 6.0 truck) so brought car back here, found the 02 was hooked up to rear connector(funny 3 days and they could not figure that out) fixed that, replaced both 02's, replaced MAP with correct one, made no diff, ran with vac gauge and only had 10.5 at idle 1200..which seems low to me...as soon as it reaches 104 deg starts surging from 1000-2000 was tuned in speed density...but heard not run 02's with that but I have no idea. thanks
There are way to many variables to give any real help. The only thing I can say is find a better tuner. Your not too far from Richmond there is a good tuner there and one right here in Virginia Beach.
