cutting down e67 harness

cutting down e67 harness I'm trying to figure out what stays and goes on a E67 harness for an engine swap. Any help appreciated. It's a Vortec 4200 from a Trailblazer. From the pinout schedules, everything looks identical to the LS engines with the exception of the number of cylinders and injectors.
Here's what I have
C1 plug:
Pin 1- Ignition switch/start
pin13- fuel pump relay
pin16- class 2 serial data- OBD plug?
pin18-switched ignition
pin19-switched ignition
pin20-battery voltage-from maxi fuse?
pin40-powertrain relay-not for sure?
C2 plug:
pin 13-ignition switched voltage
pin73-ground
c3 plug:
pin33-GMLAN- OBD plug?
Pin47-Park N-Park switch
pin53--GMLAN-OBD plug?
The engine is going into a 54 Chevy truck. I'll be using a 5 speed trans. My goal is to just get it running. I'm not real worried about the extras such as the AC right now, my goal is just to get it running. I'm eliminating all the Emmissions equipment except for maybe the EVAP purge sol. So the AIR system will be all gone. I like how the 2003 truck pedal mounts, If I can use it I will. Since this is a Trailblazer engine there is no TAC controller.
