CTV-S tune file???

CTV-S tune file??? Hi does anyone no of a CTS-V tune for a GMPP OS? im currently running a GMPP 5.3 tune, though the speed section is set and i want to change it to suit my current setup, has anyone done this or changed to a CTS-V tune so i can modify it? I want the engine to see vehicle speed which will hopefully fix alittle of my fuel consumption issues. My tune file OS is OS12638778
This has been going for 6 months now and i sorta lost interest in fixing it as i dont drive it everyday, but the missus wants to go on a trip so i want to fix the fuel consumption issue. im getting 26l to every 100 kilometers. (That is 9.0 MPG)
