Wow. A 2" piece of 3/8 rubber fuel line between the valve and manifold would have been a better way to fix that. Since that hose usually rots, you may have collapsed the hose opening or restricted the flow through that hose underneath all that tape.

I would have just put a different hose on but there is a weird metal plug/valve thing inside the hose, I had to cut some of the hose as it was rotted.
I found it on ebay, the part i circled on the new part is what broke on mine, too bad they did not sell just that piece but looks like i have to buy the whole assembly, Thank you guys for the help! =)
