Default Service engine light

Tried researching and it seems every thread goes off topic. I have a "service engine" light on. My understanding is this light is for BCM problems. Can hp vcm scanner read these? Again this is NOT the "check engine" SES light.

Okay more information. Im swapping my pcm from a 411 to a p59. Im getting the "service engine" when i roll the ign to on. I did a bcm diagnostics for both pcm, where you pull the radio fuse and the security light flashes the codes, and the only code different was the p59 had a 35 and the 411 did not. Help please

Okay, so i read that sometimes when you flash a pcm with hp it will trigger the service vehicle light for a few starts. Anyone have any experience with this?

Been using HP Tuners on a multitude of different vehicles since 2004 and never had it do that. What is the thought process for asking for help and not giving any details on the vehicle year or type or any other details other than you are swapping from a 0411 to a P59?
